This class is a combination of weights and cardio that uses a variety of equipment such at Fitwall, sandbags, This program teaches the fundamentals of boxing in a progressive, interactive, and non-threatening environment – for both male and female. This a no-contact class. Mental conditioning benefits: Mental Clarity, Self-Confidence, Inner Strength, Self-Respect, and Personal Awareness. Physical Conditioning Benefits: Endurance, Flexibility, Speed/Reflexes, Cardio-vascular Hand-eye, feet, and full-body coordination, abdominals, upper body, and leg strength.
