Feeling tired, sore, or stressed out? This class will make you healthier in body, mind, and spirit. Instructors will guide muscle strengthening, lengthening, and stretching movements; a great balance to weight lifting. You will practice Hatha and Kundalini Yoga postures, breathing exercises, and basic meditation. Instructors: Henrietta, Pamela & Brianna
