(Endurance and Aerobic Exercise, All Fitness Levels) A great cardiovascular workout! This class is perfect for all fitness levels, including the novice cyclist. Guided challenges emphasize paying attention to individual exertion, intensity, and resistance. The instructor will take you through a variety of terrain-up hill, down hill, around corners, etc. With great music and BAC friends, you’re sure to have fun! Bring a water bottle and a small sweat towel. (We recommend a heart rate monitor if you have one.)
