Dr. Caroline Creager, DPT, and her staff are passionately committed to inspiring all individuals, regardless of health condition or injury, to excel at achieving their goals, quality of life, and health. Our priority is to provide excellence in physical therapy services by imparting knowledge, respect, credibility, inspiration and evidenced-based therapies to individuals of our community, state and nation.

Meet Dr. Caroline C. Creager, DPT
​
Dr. Caroline Corning Creager, PT, DPT is a nationally recognized health and fitness expert who has written eight books, including “Therapeutic Exercises Using the Swiss Ball,” “Therapeutic Exercises Using Foam Rollers” and “Bounce Back into Shape After Baby.” She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Montana and her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Colorado.

She teaches webinars; lectures nationally and internationally on neuro-orthopedic, pelvic health, kinesiology taping, core strength topics, and Ehlers Danlos Syndromes (EDS); and specializes in Neuro-Orthopedics, including pre- and post-surgery rehab, neck, back, shoulder, elbow, knee, and ankle pain, chronic pain, osteoarthritis, intracranial hypo- and hypertension, craniocervical instability, cerebrospinal fluid leaks, EDS, Chiari and tethered cord.

Dr. Creager has more than three decades of experience and has dedicated herself to providing the highest quality of care throughout her career. She is frequently consulted by both patients and fellow healthcare professionals because of her dedication to finding answers to difficult health issues.
Dr. Creager’s expertise and passion regarding proper identification and diagnosis of unusual health problems stems from her personal and family’s experiences. As a result of her determination and perseverance, her children, her patients and herself were ultimately diagnosed properly and received successful treatment. Her journey has led her to investigate and treat conditions, common and uncommon, with expertise as well as empathy and understanding.
She enjoys watching her daughter play volleyball, walking her dogs, paddle boarding, snowshoeing, vacationing with her family, and learning. Dr. Creager’s goal is to help you achieve yours!

Meet Kara Creaghe, PTA
​
Kara Creaghe, PTA, graduated with her BS from Ashford University and PTA degree from Morgan Community College. She has more than 20 years of experience and is passionate about her career and helping others! In more recent years she has studied hyper-mobile disorders and specializes in working with patients who have Ehlers-Danlos Syndromes, EDS, and other hypermobility disorders
Kara grew up here in Colorado and loves the outdoors! She is married with two children and three dogs. She enjoys hiking, camping, and spending time with her family.


Meet Dr. Sydni Sansom, PT, DPT (They/Them)
​
Sydni has been a physical therapist since 2019 and has been specializing in hypermobility and Ehlers Dan Los Syndrome (EDS) since 2023. Under the mentorship of Dr. Creager, they have been able to further study Cerebrospinal Fluid Leaks (CSF leaks), Craniocervical Instability (CCI), and various other co-morbidities that occur more frequently among individuals who have joint hypermobility.

Sydni believes in tailoring their treatments to fit patients' goals and working hard to get them back to what they love. They are passionate about the accessibility of exercise, the importance of trauma-informed care, are committed to HEAS (health at every size), and are an LGBTQIA+ ally.
They were raised in Arkansas where they earned their Bachelor of Science in athletic training and then went on to earn their Doctorate in Physical Therapy. They are a brainspotting practitioner and certified in dry needling (FDN).

Sydni enjoys spending their time playing tennis, gardening, hiking, skiing, camping and practicing yoga.
Meet Shannon
Administrative Assistant

Shannon Torres relocated from Nebraska to Berthoud, Colorado, in the summer of 2022 with her three children. She earned her degree in Office Technology for Administration from Mid-Plains Community College in 2011, building a strong foundation in organizational management, office operations, and administrative support.
With a passion for helping others and keeping things running smoothly, Shannon brings dedication, reliability, and attention to detail to everything she does. Her background in administrative work has equipped her with the skills to manage complex tasks, stay organized, and provide excellent support to both colleagues and patients.
Outside of her professional life, Shannon enjoys spending quality time with her husband and children. She has a love for baking, exploring all that Colorado has to offer, and staying actively involved in her kids’ activities and events. Whether she’s discovering new places around the state or cheering on her children, Shannon values family, community, and making the most of every moment.


Meet Anna
Administrative Assistant

​Anna has a BA in Biological Anthropology and a minor in Business Administration from Colorado State University. She has personal experience with hEDS and its comorbidities. This helps her understand the complexities these conditions present. She
loves helping people with compassionate care coordination.
Anna grew up dancing and taught dance for 6 years. In her spare time, she enjoys visiting the mountains, watching old movies, and spending time with family and her Maltese, Lucy.
Meet Alexis
Administrative Assistant

Alexis assists us at the Front Desk. She enjoys playing volleyball for Berthoud High School and her Club volleyball team. Alexis enjoys watching Grey’s Anatomy, NCIS, and re-runs of Friends. She also loves traveling and hanging out with her Bengal cats, Zyla and Hershey, and Yo-yo, her American Staffordshire Terrier pup.
