Manual Therapy 

We offer a variety of the latest evidence-based manual therapy techniques. We often use manual therapy techniques in our clinical practice.

Vestibular Rehab

We offer a variety of techniques that help with complications due to neurological disorders and orthopedic conditions affecting balance and coordination. Treatment options may include manual therapy, exercise, patient education, balance and coordination patterns.

 

Conditions treated may include:

  • Parkinson’s, MS, spinal cord injury and other neurological diagnoses 

  • Scoliois

  • BPPV

  • cervical instability

  • concussion

  • headaches

Women’s Health 

You will receive one on examination and instruction in a private room. Treatment options may include diagnostic external ultrasound, manual therapy interventions, exercises and patient education.

Conditions treated may include:

  • Incontinence

  • pelvic pain

  • SI Joint Dysfunction and Pain

Chronic Pain and Pain Education and Management Techniques
This approach is based off the techniques of  the International Spine & Pain Institute. You will learn the science behind where and why you experience pain and how this impacts your nervous system and muscles. Our goal is to give you the tools to manage your pain and restore your function and mobility. Treatment options may include manual therapy techniques, exercises and pain neuroscience patient education.

Suffering from a spinal fluid leak, intracranial pressure complications or diagnosis of EDS? We can help with a variety of therapeutic techniques. Treatment options may include manual lymph drainage, muscle activation techniques, patient education, exercise and referral and care management to specialists as needed to best alleviate and management your symptoms.

Endurance Medicine
This approach is formulated for the endurance athlete, such as runners, cyclists, swimmers, skiers and many more!  We know the demands on your body are unique and we can help guide you to peak performance. Treatment options may include: running gait analysis, manual therapy, exercise, patient education and shoe wear and orthotic recommendations.

Dance and Performing Arts Medicine
Dance is a unique combination of strength, power and flexibility. This approach is tailored to each dancer and their form of dancing for all ages and ability levels. Treatment options may include readiness for pointe screenings, manual therapy, dance specific exercise, Pilates based exercises for dancers,  patient education, increasing flexibility safely and advise on shoe fitting and injury.
